Most order requests had to be done twice or more to complete the job to my satisfaction.
To make things right? Don't cut corners on materials. Don't try to patch something up - looks worse. Don't circumvent your approval process with the customer.
The turnaround time from order to receiving labels is very long. My last order took over a month to get to me, and the reason given to me was that a larger order took precedence over mine. The order before that was forgotten, and I had to remind the office that I placed it, and it still took several weeks after that.
Sam was very easy to work with and met our deadlines, which we greatly appreciated. Sam was very helpful through the whole process. His staff was very kind of courteous at the shop as well. We love what they were able to make for us and send our thanks to everyone involved!
I was very impressed with the customer service- they were able to turn a very large banner job around in a short amount of time. Unfortunately, the quality was not there. There were scratches on the banners which looked like the ruler had run across the medium during the trim. The printing was for a large conference that was only going to last 3 days- so it worked. But going forward I may not recommend the service.
