I have done business with you for about 5 years now; approx. $6000.00 in business.
My last two interactions were not met with a proof. Payment was needed first. . . . . . I have never complained about pricing or refused to go through with any orders. (that means a lot for your company - you've always been real efficient).
I'm not sure anyone can pre-pay for any order unless they see a proof and cost estimate. Maybe your company is experiencing too many inquiries without follow sales?
When I call or order anything, I need to do business; not play games or go back and forth with emails asking for payment first. I need the proof completed, and then gladly pay.
Maybe you need special notes in your files for your great customers that allows you to take care of us. Your prices aren't the cheapest, but they're certainly not the most expensive. I just need to continue the relationship, get my orders/proofs/costs and "then" you may ask for payment.

I like that I can place orders through email and that I can reference previous orders or send pictures with the design I want. FASTSIGNS is always very quick to respond and orders are ready in a timely manner. I have never experienced any errors or delays for any order placed with FASTSIGNS.
