This is my first project with FastSigns at my new role at JHU and it has been a wonderful experience. Krista has been so great to work with with a quick response time and top customer service quality. Pete and Kristen were also phenomenal when they got to our campus for install. An order was made incorrectly and the whole process took almost a month to get. After all is said and done, we were still asked to pay more money than what was innitially estimated. I had to ask for some money off for all the trouble.

We have used them multiple times and every time there were errors with the printing the sizes and the price and delivering as scheduled. Banners were incorrect after repeating the expected size. We were blamed each time. The wording was also incorrect. The prices changed unexpectedly. The latest fiasco, after speaking with them for an hour on the phone, they proposed that we would have the banners at a requested time which was delayed by two days. They tried to charge for expedited price. Their attitude, and I quote "for take our business elsewhere if not happy. Oh then I was charged $1055 for another customers order. And thats all I can remember but there were other issues. They do do good printing otherwise.
