Always like working with you. But this is for the second time I was not happy with your work: sign was a little shorter than suppose to be and it didn't cover the area. The technician said that he will make an additional piece and bring it back ,but I didn't hear from him or anyone else. I know that when I am dealing with Bob it has never been a problem. Hmm.
The staff was very courteous,knowledgeable and kind.
although there was one mistake we only received half the order,but they shipped the remaining portion the very next day.

Lots of disconnect. It was not at all fast and dad took a lot of coordinating on my side to make this happen even in the time that it did happen. Company with the name fast signs should be a lot more proactive with their execution. And the price was much higher than we wanted to pay for the labor as a parts or the signage was not all that expensive
I specifically told the guy that I was going to do multiple work and he said you credit me on the backend for other jobs but knowing that they are the slow why would I want to do more work with them and the additional money that they charge me I guess I won’t see you again refunded to me.

Fastsigns Baltimore was great to work with. They're installers were able to handle the job well, even when it became more work than originally planned. I will plan to use them for installation on future projects in that area!
