Everything ended up being fine and we figured out how to make it work with what we were supplied, but the order was incorrect twice. We were seeking a window cling for an event and it was produced incorrectly the first time making it impossible for us to have the item for the event. Barb kindly offered to reprint. However, we still got the wrong item, though it was correctly sided that time. We figured out how to make it work, but I feel like after multiple rounds of communication, this should have been the right item, but there was just confusion I guess.
