We had to give direction on the signage multiple times, when it was ready for install the sign had a error and had to be corrected, when it was installed it was installed in the wrong location facing the wrong direction. When we asked for it to be relocated they said they would charge us again for install (why it was their error). Eventually rather then correct the install they credited back the install. This is not the experience we have had at any other Fast Signs across the country.

It took a long time to get my order ready. The employee in charged of my order was not following up on the status of the order with me. I had to be calling and following up each week to see why I have not been updated. And, every time I called or went to the store she was not there or not getting my calls. Whenever I had the chance to talk to her, she never had a update on my order.
