I ordered a sign on Friday, was told it would be ready Monday, and that I would receive a call affirming it was ready. No call was ever received. I went the following Friday, only to see that the sign was crooked and told that it was ready on Tuesday. It sat there, and no one at the office noticed that the sign not made to industry standards. When I arrived, the man behind the desk said the work, although not right, was no that bad. As he spoke to me, he ate a pizza between sentences and kept calling me "boss". I found it unprofessional. I am not his friend. I was a customer. At my insistance, he agreed to redo the sign, and that it would ready the following Monday. When I returned Monday, he sign had not even been started. So I asked for a refund. I went to a competitor, and they had the sign done by the following day.
