Everything! We have been doing business with Fastsigns for quite a while now and Steve Duchene and his team are the best to work with. I am constantly recommending Steve and his team, not just because of their customer service, but also for the quality of their work.
Had to make multiple communications to get the order and to correct items. I went to pick up the order and there were incorrect items, I was asked if I was sent the pictures to proof, instead of just asking how the order could be fixed. If it is wrong it needed to be fixed...Also, another piece of the order which was delivered, as it had to be redone, was incorrect and I have reached out to get it corrected with no response. I did not feel like a valued customer during the transaction. Afterward after all of the items were worked out the person who waited on me was a bit more customer oriented, although, for the most part, the experience was disappointing.
I will now need to get a corrected order from an online vendor to correct what I have already paid for and cannot use. It is disappointing as I prefer to utilize and support local business although if the level of service received it is very difficult to do so.
I also would like to add that during an initial call about the order a man who answered the phone, after I stated the reason for my call actually said to me "...and then?"
