We are really sorry that you had a poor experience. As we discussed on the phone, we are replacing these for you. Since you installed these yourself, Its really hard to understand what happened with the cut vinyl letters. We would really appreciate it if you can bring in the "bad" ones when you pick up the free replacement, so we can help figure out what went wrong with those and why the other 6 sets worked, but one didn't.
