Our first experience was reasonably good, however, there was confusion regarding the proof process. Emails were exchanged as well as notes left on the on-line proof system, yet there were still errors in what was initially delivered. I was disappointed in the lack of attention to detail during the proof process.
Ultimately the corrections were made, and because of bad weather the incorrect graphics delivery did not impact the installation date. However, had the weather been good, we would have missed an important roll-out goal of the graphics which was described in the initial email.
The lady that helped us told us she would give us a bunch of designs and options the same day we had our consultation. A week later we received one design that I could have made on paint. I then designed my own sign and sent it to her but there was a mistake and our price quote went from $600 to $1200. She had quoted us the price for a material that wasn't even for signs. We did our own research and realized that for our sign we needed a pan face but she had never even mentioned that. I told her multiple times we didn't want something that looked cheap or cheesy and she didn't give us anything besides that. We ended up not even ordering a sign from fast signs because there was too many problems to even count. Our temporary sign was supposed to take a couple days and it took weeks. Then she only brought us one side of our two sided sign. Definitely a disappointment
