I appreciate that the signs I ordered were completed correctly and on time. In real estate we often need signs quickly and Cleopatra's FASTSIGNS did this for me.

FASTSIGNS of Fairfax serves us as well as ever, but I had trouble using the website to make my purchase more efficient and convenient. I wish we had options for dimensions and prices on the website, as well as a way to upload a file onto an existing quote request without submitting something new.
I received great customer service but when I went to pick up the signs they were damaged on the lower sides. I had arrived after closing, a few minutes after 5pm, and it was a rush order so there wasn't much I/you could do to change it at that point. I appreciated that they unlocked the door and gave me the signs, but the damage on the sides of the poster board were of concern to our university dean. They should have been in perfect condition at the point of pick up. Would it be possible to get them re-done at some point?
The lady that took my money and gave me my sign was rude and impatient with me. The lady that took my order was friendly and helpful.
