The initial contact and the design phase were fast. After that, I found it hard to get an answer, or even a return call about an installation date. Both me and my secretary had to make multiple inquiries before we would get an answer.

I came in and dropped off a file on 11/21, requesting a foam board type of sign with specific dimensions (72' tall X 2' wide X 1/2" thickness. After hearing options (only given 3), decided on the foam board, printed on both sides. At no time was I ever told that foam board doesn't print well double sided. 2 weeks later I received a proof, which I approved. A week later I received a call stating that foam board wouldn't print well on both sides, and that they were going to use "gator board" instead. I agreed as long as the price wouldn't change. A week later I called to check the status. I was told I would get a call later in the day when it was completed. never received a call. I stopped in the next day (a full month after initially stopping in with my order), and the sign was ready. I picked it up assuming everything was as ordered. When I went to put it in the base stand, I found that the dimensions were 1/4" thick, not the 1/2' thickness I ordered. When I called in to let your team know, Cindy told me that "they did me a favor by giving me the more expensive gator board" because foam board wouldn't work for double sided prints. Again, I was never given the option for gator board to begin with, and was never told foam board wouldn't work for double sided prints. She then said, 'no good deed goes unpunished", as if they were doing me a favor for giving me the wrong size print that I ordered. Cindy then told me she would check with the designer or something like that, and would get back to me. Still waiting several days later... I work in retail. If we make a mistake, we fix it. I ordered something, and it was created to a different dimension than what I ordered. Not my fault. I would appreciate a call, and a reprint or partial refund. [NAME REMOVED] [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]

Our stick-ons for the door were missing from the one sign we were supposed to have it for, and the main sign with key information is too hard to read driving by. A larger, bolder font should have been used. I wish it would have been suggested. It also would have been helpful if I could have gone over the details of the signs needed with the graphics designer when I first arrived for my appt. rather than having to come back to go over them later after they weren't understood. That said, the staff was helpful and prices are fair.
