The office person Sabrina needs some customer service training.... not friendly or helpful... Took longer to get my truck company logo & DOT put on truck than the first time I had my other truck lettered.... the first was lettered the same day I purchased the truck, for an extra fee- this time I've had to wait over a week and go thru a ton of phone calls and each time she had a different exuse, so I couldn't get truck lettered in timely manner... took over a week - doing it intentionally? I think so... The installers were great, as usual-hance why I would still refer FastSigns, but she was miserable to deal with... NOT HAPPY with FastSigns this time, if this would've been my first time dealing with FastSigns it would've been my LAST because of her!!!!
