The quality of my orders are great.
The issues I keep running into are that the job save files that I always provide are never found by the design team.
I have copies of my invoices and always re-order from those.
When I give the invoice number they should be able to pull the file and send me the proof.
This never happens.
I end up having to send a picture or file after the design team sends me a proof that is not at all what we ordered previously.
It is super frustrating.

Edgar, who handled the Installation was do held up and thorough. He went above and beyond to be certain the each sign was positioned according to our preference.
My signs are worthless. After multiple trips to this location to get my signs made correctly. I was giving two right side numbers. The passenger side of my truck shouldn’t say 01. My letters and numbers stuck to the wax paper. I purchase signs that I can’t use. I need a 100% refund.
The installer made obvious mistakes each time he did an install. One one occasion he left before finishing citing a family commitment and we had to wait for the next available install date. When I raised concerns to the sales person, he offered to supervise on the next install but then declined. The installer missed a sign and had to return to finish.
I had more signage to install and pointed told the salesman that I couldn't supervise the installer and requested someone else. He said that I had no other choice of installers so I'm looking for another sign company.
Overall the signage looked good but we had to take down parking garage signs because their placement was hodgepodge and unprofessional in appearance.

I am a person who doesn’t carry my cell phone around on me at home and don’t hear a email when it comes in, so it would have been nice to receive a phone call from you when I didn’t respond to your email about okaying my proofs so you could start making them. This delay caused some delivery problems!
Also, your delivery driver seemed to have difficulty arriving at his destination to get my product delivered in a timely manner.
Sign was ordered through Hulen store because more convenient. Told sign would be made by downtown store then delivered to Hulen store where I would pick it up. On ready date, then told I would have to go to downtown location to pick it up.
