The quality of work of the finished product was excellent. The amount of back and forth due to everything being done electronically and having to explain, re-request things took so much time. To be honest, it was frustrating. So much could have been done so much quicker if someone would have just talked to me for 10 minutes.

I 100% agree that this order timeframe and issues are unacceptable. We did correct the centering issue for the first order, but may have not communicated that well in our correspondence with you. We simply insisted that our partner, that we use for table tents, reproduce the order given the mistake, so you could have extra copies.
