Sebastian is a true professional and knows how to value his customers. Because I'm a printer, I've been able to work directly with Sebastian, as early on he was giving me a trade discount. Unfortunately, he is no longer able to do that, but signage isn't a major part of what I sell. I'm willing to make almost no profit just to be able to offer these types of products to my printing customers. On a few occasions I've dealt with the young woman at the front counter, and sadly I've never learned her name, but she's been with Sebastian for many years. She is extremely professional, and I always have confidence that she's on top of every detail of my orders. Their quality is consistent, and their turnaround time is exemplary. I wish I could get my own printing orders out the door as quickly!
