Excellent and Fast service with a superior product, I would recommend this branch of FASTSIGNS to anyone. From the front desk with Mariah and Farrah all the way up to Sam, I have yet to be disappointed.
It's strange to me that a national company doesn't have a Mac computer to get our logo and fonts correct, I will need to find another sign company that will have Mac computers. That's a really lousy reason for FastSigns not to be able to get our font right because "We don't have a Mac computer".
I sent emails and phoned the store to ensure my request was understood. Several emails were exchanged between me and the store staff because when I received my email proof, a letter was missing on one of my signs and on another the upper/lower case lettering was not done as I requested in those multiple emails. In summary, more attention to detail is necessary. In addition, the sign total was off by 1 cent because of cents in there something like $.006. I had to call back to have this updated so it would not be rejected by our accounting department. It would help if the price per item reflected accurately, so the total would not be questioned.
Everything was printed wrong and overall customer relation was poor after this was explained. They tried to charge more money to redo the job which set me behind with my customer. I also had to replace the material at my cost.
