Poor communication, ended up waiting almost 2 hours for my prints. When trying to frame them almost all of the larger prints had to be trimmed to fit in the frames which was a lot of work because I had a lot of prints. I ended up messing some up trying to trim them and the ones that didn't get trimmed enough looked awful in the frames because they would wrinkle. It was a night mare.

There was a very quick reply to the initial request. Very helpful in answering questions about formatting and changes needed. Worked with us, when we got delayed on our pictures not being ready. Very quick turnaround. GREAT quality, heavy duty banner, with the grommets. Picture quality and color was realistic. Very impressed by this local business and would HIGHLY recommend. Will be using for future signs needed for our middle school booster club.

The customer service and interaction with all staff was awesome. Very down to earth and easy to discuss and communicate with. They helped me determine the best look for my sign AND stay within my budget. It was a great process. The sign itself is beautiful! They really helped me select the right size and materials. I only gave an 8 because at the time of install, the installer pulled paint off the wall (with the tape from his template, definitely not intended). We tried to cover one place but it can be seen from the side and the other area is visible from above the sign. Now I have to patch a place on the wall. Also, one of the silver grommets doesn't appear to be straight coming out of the wall. I just noticed it over the weekend. And there was one area on the bottom left corner of the sign that was tiny bit wrinkled.
