As we communicated with Sarah, we take full responsibility for this mistake. Even though we sent a proof, we do not get hung up on the fact this was approved. It is our responsibility to make sure we made the banner correctly and we did not. We made a new banner, gave a full refund and also did photoshop work on the photos that were taken to correct the spelling mistake. While we did everything we could, we agree with Sarah, they cannot get that moment back. We are terribly sorry for the mistake that took place.
