We called about two weeks before Easter asking to have directional signs made for our Church by the time Easter was done. I was guaranteed they'd come in on time as long as I placed the order a week and half in advanced. I placed the order a day or two before they said they final date was to guarantee delivery before Easter. I called the day they said it would be shipped out and they said it wouldn't be shipped out until the next day. I then waited to days and the Friday before Easter I called that morning and they said they had shipped it out the night before and should arrive that day. We didn't receive the order until Easter morning, which was obviously too late, the package also said that it was overnighted, meaning that they didn't ship it out Thursday night like they said, it was overnighted on Friday. I'm only giving a 4 because I wish the employee was more honest about the timing. If the signs were going to be late, I wish they would have been honest Friday morning so we would have known what to expect, rather then waiting and wondering for a few days, being told it would arrive on time. Other then that, they were helpful throughout the process and the signs, though we haven't had time to hang them up yet, look good and true to the order.
