The FS team was able to work with us to create a solution that fit our budget constraints, which was great! However, it was disappointing to not feel more in the loop about how the final product turned out. The sign looks fine overall, but the graphics do not match up to the sizing or placement of the original graphics that we were trying to replace. The misplacement and sizing issues threw off the proportions of the sign. I understand that most people will probably not notice, but we assumed the fast signs team would know that we wanted the graphics in the same place and with the same sizing as the old sign that we were re-doing. For them to be multiple inches off was disappointing. Overall though, still not a terrible experience.

I had no information about the sign! I wouldn’t recommend Fastsigns to a Fly! Mark Jesmer is a Terrible salesman! I was told nothing about the pixels for clarity. No discussion with me about what I would use the sign for. He never came out to talk with me . With the amount I paid for the sign I was not treated fairly as a client. He collected the check & that was it. Also, he was very unconcerned about my learning to put information on the sign. Now that I have the sign the picture & wording clarity is simply awful! I definitely don’t recommend that any prospective clients use this company. I will make this known to anyone seeking a LED sign. I have an agency who I work with that purchased a sign for MUCH less than I paid & the sign & clarity is beautiful. They also received tech support in how to use the sign. I’m disappointed BEYOND words! Looking at this sign is a constant disappointment reminder to me!
