I love my sigma and the gentleman who came out to install was very professional and courteous. The only thing I did not like about the process is that I could not see the sample artwork until I paid in full.
Tammy responded quickly to my email and gave me a quote same day. She also converted my logo to vector file for a minimal fee, and the signs were done very quickly and we were able to do everything via email.
The patches we asked for were all the wrong size. I gave measurements and they got all 22 wrong. Caused delay in getting our signs up and cost us money to have sign guys waiting on them. I made two trips to pick them up. The first time they were wrong. The second time, not ready. Made me late for an appointment. They had to deliver them. Well I don't think there is anything you can do. They didn't match at all and had to use them anyway. Will probably find another company for next year.
This was my first experience with FASTSIGNS. When I placed our order and paid, I was told that our signs would be ready by the end of the week. When I didn't hear anything by the Tuesday after they were supposed to be finished, I called to check the order status. I was told the signs would be finished by the end of the day and I could pick them up shortly before the store closed that evening. I decided to wait until the next morning to pick them up. When my coworker and I arrived, they still were not finished. We waited while the staff finished them because the signs had to be delivered to our event venue that morning. I am pretty understanding and flexible, and was not upset about the original delay. However, the lack of communication and a second missed completion time added a lot of stress to the event-planning process. The sign quality was great, but the customer experience unfortunately was not.
Consistent quality production and amazing customer service. I'm a freelance graphic designer and I don't want to be in the printing business so I leave it to the professionals I can submit my jobs from 1200 miles away without worrying if the deadline will be met for my out of state clients as well. I can trust them with my business's reputation.
