I had to inquire twice, as the initial response was a phone call right away with a promise of a quote by EOD. When I didn't hear back for 3 days, I couldn't find an email to call, so I inquired on the site again, selecting the option that I had already reached out about the inquiry prior. Finally, about a week later, I received a quote. I let the team know the date of our grand opening and when we required the sign (nearly 4 weeks notice). They guaranteed fulfilment of our order before that date. Then I heard nothing for 3 weeks, even after following up several times. I finally heard back from someone saying they had to change something in the design to make it work, something I could have easily done for them if I'd been informed of the issue. Now, it is days before the opening and I still have no sign. I follow-up again about the date and receive a response back with tone that I shouldn't worry, they let the rep that was working with me go and they are catching up on projects and will get it done. The sign was put up the Friday night and the grand opening was that Sunday. We got it done, but it was NOT fast and it was very stressful. I will not work with FastSigns on anything other requirements we have for the space.

This is a visual illusion one may feel like if stare at the graphic for a long time.
The customer's two word simple logo was centered in the graphic area. The two word logo has extremely different line values. The stroke of the left word is very thin while the same of the right is super thick. This make the logo look heavy on the right side. Additionally the first letter on the left is 'C' which has a bit extra space on the top left and bottom left, while the last letter on the right end is 'N' which is full on the top right and bottom right. These two conditions may confuse a viewer that the graphic looks a bit towards to the right side. The sign was made as per the proof and there's
s nothing wrong with it. These were fully explained to the customer.
