The Account Manager/Sales Personnel, named Sarah, was extremely attentive to our needs throughout the process. The exterior building signage inevitably is a long process (Design, Permits, Manufacturing, etc...), however It never felt like I was being passed off from person to person, but instead like I had a consistent point of contact who was aware of our situation and was very competent at helping us along the way to make good choices in our selection. When having to interface with our property manager regarding our External Signage needs, It helped that FastSigns, and Sarah had a good track record in our area and our Property Manager had already worked with them. The final Signage product appears to be High-Quality and matches exactly. what we communicated. FastSigns and the third party installer went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and our landlords requirements.

We needed an array of new signs for our neighborhood and FASTSIGNS created an initial design using vague requirements, continually edited the designs as I provided new information, then provided affordable estimates for sign creation and installation. Upon our homeowner's board approval, they installed the signs with professionalism and accuracy. We are very pleased with FASTSIGNS and will continue to use them in the future.
