This client has been with us for 5 years and should understand our policy by now. We did take her credit card over the phone and send her a proof without a signed estimate. She forgot to approve the proof, so the sign had not gone into production. When she called, she acted like in all her orders, she had never had to approve a proof before. When i looked at her last 10 orders, she responded to every proof. She was very disrespectful to me and would not let me even speak. Her signs still got made on time. Her inspection was on Monday, and her signs were ready Friday by lunch.
