These guys were amazing! I had some signage printed at home before we came to Houston, but needed another rather large sign that was the center piece for my trade show booth. I got the files to Richard and asked if he could have them in a day or so. I was ok with getting them the morning of the show and somehow would the signs in place way after my exhibit was built, but Richard called late in the day on the same day to tell me they were ready and to come get them. Coming just a few blocks in Houston during rush hour was going to take a while, but Richard hung out after they closed for a few minutes so I could get my signage and get it up that evening. I've dealt with Fastsigns in Houstin before and have great success, but this was totally over the top! Thanks so much for taking extra care of us! Totally made the trip more enjoyable!

I like that I have received quick communication back and the staff at the midtown location in Houston seems to go out of their way to be customer friendly. I have not evaluated the signage quality yet as I have not seen it first hand, but will soon.

Communication was difficult. My dealings with other FastSigns shops lead me to believe that the person taking the order understood or made sure they understood what the intended use for the sign was and what I needed. I have to take blame for not making it perfectly clear what I wanted so not FastSigns Houston fault. It is just that they gave the minimal customer service in my estimation. The artwork was very good, but the problem was it was first put on PVC when I asked for foam board. Then when they redid the sign, they put it on foam board that was only as thick as the PVC which I rejected. Again my fault for not stipulating the thickness of the foam board, but no one asked to make sure it was right this time. Disappointing.

Explained to her that when She asked for foam the CSR thought She wanted Foam PVC and sent her an estimate based on that. When She approved the estimate the sign was completed using Foam PVCand She did not like it. She told the CSR she wanted foamcore so we redid the sign for her at no cost. Later on when the sign was picked She wanted a thicker foam which was never mentioned. There seems to have been a lack of communications on what the customer wanted. We have offered her a discount on her next job.

Richard was awesome to work with! I told him my budget upfront and he helped me stay within it but still have a great end product. He also made sure that I hit my timeline and was in constant communication. Thanks for all of your help!

It's really just the price, things will seem like one price then a bunch of different little costs and charges get added on. Your items are a little expensive.
