"We apologize for the experience you received. We are aware that you chose to disregard the job after we had provided solutions to satisfy your requirements. Our service team tirelessly worked to create your signage exactly as you asked and in no way meant to give you a bad experience. If you wouldn't mind reaching out and specifying the poor customer service and reasons you wouldn't recommend us, we would be more than happy to try and make any errors on our part corrected. We want to promote our customers and this is not acceptable if we are indeed not doing so. We appreciate your honesty."
