Great customer service, efficient. Tiffany was very helpful. Only thing that I did not like is how the banner was provided to us. The way it was rolled, without some kind of hard paper roll to prevent wrinkling, meant we had to put it up wrinkled.

We placed an order that we needed to be done at the very last minute the day before for a conference. (We were here in California from Hawaii and forgot one of our conference workshop pieces at home.). The staff was SUPER helpful, friendly, and accommodating in getting our order completed in time. What was especially over the top was them being super communicative along the way providing me with updates before, during, and after the order was completed. The quality of our order, again for something that was needed at the very last-minute, was superb. Highly recommended!
