The individual who received my order seemingly forgot to send proofs and did not put my order into production, then (2) of my (14) signs were missing upon pickup. When I emailed the store about it I received no response.

From: The Sonesta ES Suites Hotel Both Mr. & Mrs. West are Great Team along with staff with prompt fast service. No hiccups on any signage. Its All good! I highly recommend them anyone. Plus they are in a Great Location of Kennesaw.

They first tried to apply the sign to the billing address instead of the service address. Someone happened to be present to stop the installation which was already in progress. The installer thought he must have the wrong suite but it wasn't even the correct street. Our General Manager gave him directions once the installer re-read his paperwork. Installer was given the wrong proof to install from. They did not apply the sign to the building per the final approved proof. The sign is not in the correct place on the door. Website, portals and other links do not work on the company pages or emails. On the phone, all staff is pleasant but the follow up and listening to instructions is poor.

All was great. When we got to the pick up after receiving the call that my order was completed and ready for pick up the employee discovered that the sign came out blurry. I had to wait an extra day. I was okay with that except it cost me time and gas. I just think that a customer should be given an amount off the bill without asking.
