Mr.Pershard requested a "spinner arrow" for his store on 8/22 by email. he was asked to come in with visual specialist to clarify arrow direction, color and text to create the right product. From that meeting a design was created on 8/24 and sent. Two arrow directions were provided for customer to confirm correct direction. Mr Pershard came into store and approved the correct direction on the proof and signed off approval.
That sign was created on received on 8/26. Customer picked up sign and at that time realized arrow was going in wrong direction. Visual Specialist offered to help fix it at that time and he stated that he would correct it at his store. He accepted sign, paid for sign and left.
Fastsigns was willing and offered to correct it at store before pick up even though customer approved the sign.
