I was pleased with the pricing and quality of the signs. However, the ordering system was not very flexible. This was my first time ordering from FastSigns. I typically use another sign company, but wasn't able to order from them this time. The timing seemed like it would have worked out, so I placed the order with FastSigns. There was no communication during the proof process or I could have gotten a few new logos or provided alternate information to insure all signs were correct. Because of timing, after receiving the proofs (which were a day late - was promised by EOD 9/13 and received EOD 9/14), I didn't think I would have time to submit updated information and wait on new proofs, so had to go with proofs as submitted. But then I received the signs almost a week early, so I would have had time to submit updated information to have 100% good signs. So was not happy with all of the signs. This could have been corrected if there was communication through proof process or more realistic production schedule. My fault for delay in ordering, but better communication during process could have resulted in 100% satisfaction. Thank you!!!

The product looks amazing! I would highly recommend. The set-up process is a tad cumbersome with the number of people you go through and calls before connecting with the right person. The required minimum amount took me by surprise but we were able to come to a good agreement to meet the minimum and walked away with some cute logoed stickers in addition to our window decal.
