I liked the fact that I was able to sit down with the designer and produce something that Looked great. The graphic designer knew how to maneuver around the software quickly and he understood what I wanted to achieve.
I did not hear the feed back for couple of days when I am doing the repeat order with file number of art works done before. Besides that all the rest ran pretty good. I suggest you should sent message or call to customer, if order is ready for pickup or delivery.
