FastSigns is the best. Quick, professional, high-quality signage for all our business needs. Bill & Joan Belmont, Greg, Ryan & Tara are all great to work with. FastSigns created the beautiful signage in our Reception area for our new corporate headquarters. I spoke with Joan Belmont at Fastsigns briefly and described to her what I was planning to do for upcoming exhibit. She instantly knew best option for me to target and made some great suggestions. She was able to look back in past archives for artwork used by a different division of our company and utilize this for my order which saved me a lot of time. .

1. A more timely response to requests for quotes. 2. Let the customer know that they will receive a phone call when their order is ready for pick-up, instead of asking them what time they'd like to pick-up their order.

Greetings. On most occasions, simple instructions are ignored. Like the last order, you made little black stickers that say TRIAX 2015. On the very original run of this the text was specd. as silver with a specific font. The font was wrong and quickly corrected with my supplied font. Next run, we changed the text to white and received white. The next reorder we got silver even though white was plainly reiterated. The request was followed up correctly by phone but when the order was run, the white was ignored and we got silver. This is one example of the hit - or - miss process that we see in you. Another time we ordered a bunch of oval stickers of a specific size and the final result was not that size which didn't fit in the designated spot on our product carry case. Pretty much a waste. Maybe we are too critical of details. To improve, maybe you could fully read emails for the few details, and be sure to implement them. These instructions are typically much shorter than this very rant. [NAME REMOVED] Alpha Automation

You need to call when you say you will call. Have things finish when you say they are going to be finished. If you weren't convenient and a good price I might go elsewhere.
