I appreciated all of the explanations of the various options for signage! I also really liked to option to have blank panels to be installed while I waited for my sign to be completed. This helped my customers to no longer be confused about which business was at that location.

The actual signs were designed very well and installed beautifully. However, the appointment times were a disappointment as I the customer was not contacted with a scheduled set-up time and, on the day of one appointment, FastSigns did not contact me until just before lunch. With apologies, my appointment was rescheduled to another day which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the designs were well-thought out and the servicemen were just super polite.
