Shuntella at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, but, other than that, Fast Signs took little interest in my business nor did they offer any other potential products that we could have used. I asked a few questions about items and status of my order which where simply answered with an, "I don't know". Overall the experience was not bad by any means but it was not exceptional either. I thought I would test fast signs out over my previous fleet decal store and I think the biggest difference was lack of communication. Shuntella, at the front desk was very friendly, however.
Communication was subpar. I had to follow up way to many times just to get answers to basic questions. I felt like i did 99% of the work.
I worked with the owner at first but yet he was never "available" for me after that initial conversation. On one occasion i asked for him directly then was told he was out at a client even tho he was literally standing in the hallway walking back and forth. Once payment was due after job was finished your communicated like a pro in order to get the money.
I buy all of my small business' signs from FastSigns. Their prices are very competitive and they treat you like a VIP the very first time you walk in the door. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable about their products.
I feel like I received very personalized assistance - I was requesting an out of the ordinary product . I shared my thoughts about what I was looking for and then they came up with ideas to help me achieve that quality piece. I was very satisfied with the outcome. They are wonderful to work with and they listen to what your needs are.
There was an issue of communication after the initial order was placed. Almost a week and a half passed with no call or emails to discuss the misunderstanding of the order.I understand, things happen, but at the same time we should learn from these mistakes and take all precautions to improve customer care.
