It took over a month to get the computer guy started on design. Once he was started he didn't know what he was supposed to do. After repeatedly going there to get the design right, I took parts there to be wrapped. When I went to pick them up, none of the colors were right and design had been changed without even a phone call. I wouldve been happier just putting black on and not have the design than the design and wrong colors I have now. Basicly I waited 3 months for them to do whatever they wanted to do and I paid for it.
We paid more than $150 for each sign. I later learned we could get the exact same signs for $35 by having them done in another town. Plus, we asked for them to be made to match signs of a previous order. After picking them up and looking at the previous order, they do not match! All that was needed was for the designer to pull up our file and replace a logo in the earlier order..
We have been using FastSigns for 2 years. The first year we had absolutely no problems. Since last October we have consistently had issues with getting proofs in a timely matter and basically getting the run around to simply get orders done. Our signs were installed improperly and orders came in with the wrong colors. Just last month we had a set installation date which was moved last minute 5 days later making it tough for our team to work around as we had a large event we were planning form. I'm not sure what has changed but it seems like from top to bottom things are falling apart. We still have several large orders that will need to be filled and are honestly looking for other options as it has been so hard to work with FastSigns.
Shuntella at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, but, other than that, Fast Signs took little interest in my business nor did they offer any other potential products that we could have used. I asked a few questions about items and status of my order which where simply answered with an, "I don't know". Overall the experience was not bad by any means but it was not exceptional either. I thought I would test fast signs out over my previous fleet decal store and I think the biggest difference was lack of communication. Shuntella, at the front desk was very friendly, however.
Communication was subpar. I had to follow up way to many times just to get answers to basic questions. I felt like i did 99% of the work.
I worked with the owner at first but yet he was never "available" for me after that initial conversation. On one occasion i asked for him directly then was told he was out at a client even tho he was literally standing in the hallway walking back and forth. Once payment was due after job was finished your communicated like a pro in order to get the money.
