I buy all of my small business' signs from FastSigns. Their prices are very competitive and they treat you like a VIP the very first time you walk in the door. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable about their products.
I feel like I received very personalized assistance - I was requesting an out of the ordinary product . I shared my thoughts about what I was looking for and then they came up with ideas to help me achieve that quality piece. I was very satisfied with the outcome. They are wonderful to work with and they listen to what your needs are.
There was an issue of communication after the initial order was placed. Almost a week and a half passed with no call or emails to discuss the misunderstanding of the order.I understand, things happen, but at the same time we should learn from these mistakes and take all precautions to improve customer care.
I was promised on Thurs my signs by COB Fri that it was "no problem" to have all my signs by COB Fri. I only asked for the 2 I really needed, I bought 5.
On Fri I heard nothing, I called at noon and was told my signs were next and would be printed "right after lunch" for me to pick up that day.
4:30 came and I still heard nothing so I called again. I was told it's 4:30 there's no way we can get them done today.
I was very disappointed by the service I received.
I am very frustrated in your service and lack of follow up. Twice a very kind gentleman came out at 2 in the afternoon, knowing he would run out of daylight (he also did not wear warm enough clothes, nor did he have a heat gun to help apply the vinyl -- it was 28 degrees and I had mentioned repeatedly that the trailer was outside). I have been very clear that where the trailer is is not lit and it cannot be moved.
I am now STILL waiting (installation first week in December) to have one decal fixed -- when I have been abundantly clear that the trailer will not be back in KY until April.
I will not use your services again personally, nor can I recommend you to others.
