Banner wasn't created to the specifications in proof (grommet placement). Fast Signs fixed it but pushed back when I asked them to re-deliver, so I had to go pick it up after hours in some shed behind the place.
Kind of a bummer Fast Signs didn't take the initiative to fully fix the problem. Future orders would have included a lot of banners for franchises but just not confident Fast Signs could deliver accurate product on time.
They are true to their name meaning it was FAST! and the banner I had made turned out beautifully. they took care of so much on-line that all I had to do was drop by at my convenience and pick it up. I highly recommend using Fast Signs.
You guys are always SUPER Fast in both responding to emails and then delivering the product. My banners are ALWAYS perfect. I have been using you guys since 2012 and I will continue to use you for ALL my signage.

In the past, Fast Signs has done so many booth wraps for us, so by now, they should be aware of how and where to place the decal. When we picked up the booth last week, the sticker was upside down. In the days leading up to project completion, we were not sent a proof. When we asked for a proof, the rep said he sent one and was waiting for our approval and that this is wht was holding up the process. When my co-worked and I checked our inboxes, we were never even sent a proof. The rep lied about sending a proof. And the project was nearly not finished by our requested date, even though plenty of time was given. A project of this nature (once printed) should take about 30 minutes. We would like a full refund for this project or we will take our business somewhere else. There is no communication between the vendor and customer, and this is crucial when clients graphics are being handled. Thank you.
