Fast signs were very friendly professional and came out in a timely manner! Once my product was installed there was a slight issue so I emailed and made them aware. They came out the very next day not only to fix the issue but replaced with a brand new product along with apologizing. Great customer service!

I ordered 250 magnets and am quite disappointed in their appearance. I sent in a pdf of my logo and a proof came back that was exactly the logo, so I gave approval. They are not centered on the magnet and not impressive. I spent almost $500 and am not thrilled with the result. I know I approved the design but I should have been advised on what would look better. Better follow through. If you say you're going to send a quote, send a price quote. If you say the signs can be ready by Monday, then don't have me wait around 30 minutes when I come in on Tuesday to have them cut. Also, the final cut of one of our Phototek signs was way off square (maybe because rushed), and we had to re-cut the border ourselves.

Communication at the beginning was poor. I had to make proactive calls numerous times to follow up to see if any progress was being made on my request. One issue could have been there was recent staff turnover. Once ordering process had started, everything went smoothly and I was impressed with my final product.
