The FastSigns team was responsive on every level and willing to work with us within the constraints of our project. Their install team is wonderful, friendly, and efficient. When we had an issue with one of the products, they were immensely responsive and helpful in rectifying the situation and being sure it was not only a product we were happy with, but also a product that was worthy of their service. Our whole team loves the murals they installed in our office; would absolutely recommend them and use them in future!

I had the absolute best experience working with FASTSIGNS!! 2023 was the second year that my nonprofit organization in Central Harlem received the services of FastSigns. I had the very good fortune, as a representative of our nonprofit, to work with Christine and Marnie. Just like before, we experienced top quality services and professionalism in every aspect of the revisions we needed for the new signs. It was a quick turnover that was made possible not only by Christine and Marnie but no doubt one or more designers in your company. I don't know where to start. Firstly, the professionalism is outstanding, from customer service to technical advice. The prices are outstandingly good value for the cost, and the final products are excellent. but above all, everyone I interacted with within the company was nice, polite, gave genuinely cared about my projects and the horrible deadlines I finished. they did everything humanly possible to help meet those deadlines, staying within my budget.
