One sign was not put up as requested, The old sign was not taken off of property. Poor communication. One sign was damaged and was repaired with a piece of tape. The other signs were fine. I was given a $90 discount. I am completely satisfied with the sign on the street and the numbers on the building. I had to get them to realign the letters on the door.
I would not speak badly of your company. I just would not recommend them.
I appreciate how Craig worked with me on a discount.
I loved the courteous service. I was a little confused as to why I had to resubmit my drawing concepts multiple times. I am not sure if the website allowed for proper transfer, or if the specific font maybe caused confusion. Overall, the completed product is phenomenal and will be able to be mounted properly. There were many emails back and forth for information requests, and that probably was driven by my lack of information on the initial upload. I am happy with the completed work.
The layout of the sign was awful. The lettering was too small to be seen from a distance. It was however what I had asked for. I would have thought that they could have seen how it would look and called to suggest larger font or a different layout so as to appear better.
I was disappointed in the lack of communication all throughout the process. From the very first call to the day of installation it was like pulling teeth to get someone to call me back or reply to my emails. There were a few times where no one even responded the following day. I had questions along the way that were seldom answered.
On the day of our vinyl installation I never received a call or an alert that the install was taking place. No one alerted me the time they would be arriving and I didn't know that they were at our facility. It was only after the project was completed that I was walking through the area of installation and saw it had been done. After it was done I regretted that I had not been there to make some adjustments in the measurements and placement of the vinyl.
Following the installation it occurred to me that a different font was used in the lettering of our design. I followed up with Laquesa to see if this was intentional and she didn't seem to know what the reasoning was. I never received a clear answer. The original design file I sent had no fonts included. It was an outlined graphic that I thought would have been cut exactly as it was. The design proof that was sent to me for approval was correct. But for some reason it was substituted with a font that is similiar, but not identical to the font we use in our brand. I'm not sure why this happened but now that it's already been done we're okay with leaving it up. We don't want to risk any damage to the paint or leaving residue if we were to redo it.
I hate having to make this report. But I'm thankful you send out surveys like this to get proper feedback.
The sign looked rushed. I felt that even with short notice the sign could have looked better than it did. The lettering was not centered and the logo was placed in an odd place. I was just really disappointed at the work that was done.
