I enjoyed the timeliness of service as well as the quality for what we could afford at this time. I enjoyed meeting Miss Jessika, who was wonderful in working with us and the budget that I gave her. When we have more money for bigger and better, I will be contacting you.

Your Facebook page was so positive and motivating, definately what attracted me to your business. Your staff was patient understanding and very eager to please. Pauline and Lindsey were amazing. The dugout banner and fans were a hit at our State Softball tournament in Jackson, MS. Thanks again for making a great memory even better!

I was really impressed with your company especially Pauline and the way she recovered my shipment and Order when I really needed it. I would like to have had confidence that's all that was going to happen earlier when I had first place and work on the flyer and retractable with mr. Waller. I think we just some minor adjustments you could deliver confidence to a customer that has AIDS deadline that was imminent.

My customer representative did not discuss with me the ins and outs of selecting a first-time trade show display, so we ended up going down a path that was complete overkill for a small consulting business. The initial artwork concept was very good, but in trying to adapt it to a smaller format and go to the production stage, we discovered that the base graphic was not suitable for a large format. This started a back-and-forth exchange of email designs that spiraled downward to an irrecoverable situation. My company ended up having to withdraw from participation in a trade show because it was not possible to design and manufacture both display materials in the remaining time. The mark-up on production and other external services was considerable. I was able to find a much less expensive, higher quality service elsewhere.

There were several inefficiencies and delays with my order. I spoke with someone different almost every exchange, including billing. I was not communicated with clearly about the timeframe and how I would be contacted when my signage was ready.
