The misspelled word was an issue, but you all fixed the problem with no trouble. There was one yard sign that was cut a little close to the wording. Nothing major by any means & you all were very good with your communicating. Thank you!
The customer service was excellent. The signs look great. We had one little glitch in the approval process that unfortunately resulted in our not getting the sign when we needed it, but other that that the service was stellar.

My husband and I both have you do a lot of projects for our small businesses. Every single time we take our designs to be proofed by Matt, he constantly comes back with an email that is not AT ALL like we had requested. We are businesses making a brand, he really doesnt get it and its very frustrating. The last project that Matt "designed" for me I was appalled and actually thought maybe this was a joke! So I called Jessica and asked her to please take Matt of my project - Jessica always does excellent work and I am always pleased. And she is great with communication. Thanks.
