I use the FastSigns of Myrtle Beach for several of my commercial jobs in my portfolio. They handle a large volume of work on a monthly basis and really do a nice job. They also have outperformed my other sign shops around the state, so I use them to fulfill orders and ship them to my other properties. They are a pleasure to work with!
During this Covid19 pandemic, FastSigns has truly been "fast". Our team has shared FastSigns' contact information with each other saying that if signs are needed to get the pools opened quickly, to post "private property" signs, to print something that gives people direction on how far apart to stay, etc., FastSigns has the sign for every occasion. They even unlocked their doors when I arrived at 5:05 pm on a Friday night to pick-up the signs - that's customer service! Do so appreciate the service.
had an issue with my last order, company wanted full payment up front after being a multi year customer. I was not dealing with my normal rep who was out of the office. After rep spoke with the owners the issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.
After writing a review about the issue I was contacted by JJ (my normal rep) who explained what was going on. I felt that I needed to correct the review that I previously wrote. The lady that handled my order during JJ's absence was very professional and was simply following company procedures and did not have access to my account. The work that was preformed (repair of a pole sign that had a broken weld and was in danger of falling) was done very quickly and professionally and at the price quoted. I will continue to recommend FASTSIGNS to my friends and business associates.
I was not impressed with the requirement of 100% down. That leaves me very little recourse if the job is not done correctly or at all. Now you did agree to 50% down, but only after I complained and reminded you that we have been doing business since 2016. I understand a new client that has no history, but not old clients.
