The Banner was exactly what we asked for. Great Job! As per suggestion: It would have been nice to receive some feedback from FastSigns by asking us questions to help us communicate to the Market we were at. We made a big mistake by printing a Powerpoint slide having never been to a local Market Place event. I mean less that 10 people read our sign out of thousands! LOL! It was totally our fault! These Questions would have turned on the lightbulb in our head! Like, What is the purpose of the sign? (To get people to stop!) Where will the sign be displayed? (A natural market with lots of food booths) What type event is it to be displayed? (Public, at a mall area.) Who attends? (Families and Couples) Why? We realized, once we got there, we only had 3 seconds or less of gaining their attention! Again, great quality in the sign! Thank you so much. Bad decision on our part.

Much too slow in providing the service. I called after 3 weeks to be told that they needed to submit the sign for approval. I did that and was told that they would install the sign before I left on vacation. That didn't happen. I gave my key to my son so he could bring the car to install the sign while I was gone. But nobody called to schedule an installation. When I returned, I called and was given a lot of excuses for why the sign was not installed. I asked the gentleman to cancel the order and refund the payments that I made. To date, no refund has been issued and I have no sign. If I don't receive the refund by Monday, May 15, 2023, I will file a dispute with my credit card company. [NAME REMOVED], Order 2[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]
