The customer service, timing of delivery, and canvas print was amazing. Issue was that the stand was incorrect and did not secure to the base so the step and repeat could not stand on its own. I ordered a metal frame to combat a windy roofdeck event and we had to lean it against the wall on the side but it did not create the most impact as we originally intended. Would love to recommend however not sure if we can trust for the correct frame to be delivered again. Severely disappointing.
