There must have been some miscommunication, as I had submitted my artwork approval thru email, and somehow they were still awaiting approval and had to call my office. After I submitted a second approval, I was told that I would receive a call when the order was ready for pick-up however it turned out that they had still not proceed my order because they were waiting a second approval for the quote amount. I understand there is a process, but there needs to be clear understanding and communication of it.
Other than that I had no issues with my order.
What should have taken a week, two weeks tops took over a month. We paid in advance for everything and it still took a long time and LOTS of mistakes. Why should I have to pay for a mistake your company made more than once? A month to print business cards? Not only was it a month but we were charged over $60 for cards we could have gotten so much cheaper and faster. The guy applying my business logo and phone number on my cars back glass actually LIFTED my windshield wiper and put part of my phone number UNDER the wiper. The logo on my business partners window was ripped in half and still applied. I will never do business here again. Biggest rip off.
