We apologize to W.C. We let you down and we're very sorry for that. We ordered these panels pre-cut from our vendor but we then failed to confirm they were cut properly before he picked them up. This is our fault and we take responsibility for it. We've worked with W.C. on a resolution that we believe and hope he is satisfied with.
