Laura, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. I tired to call to discuss. Please give me a call if this isn't clear but most of your costs were not the sign itself. If there was more time, your fees would be lowered considerably. Costs came in the timing of the project, start to finish only 3 hours. In addition, your logo was not "print ready" We revised & provided the corrected file so this will not be a problem for you in the future. I am here and willing to listen to your concerns. I realized on my Mickey Mouse Ears flier, Orlando was spelled wrong. It is also my fault because I did not check it well enough. Learning lesson. We love the wrapped cargo van. It is fun and think it is helping our business. Let us know if you know of any buyers or sellers! Thanks!!
