Communication. Everything was great until I paid for the order. Then I did not hear anything. I had to write and ask when it would be delivered.They said next week but it wasn't and I had to reach out again asking what happened and when it would be delivered. The sign looks good though.

The service was excellent, signs were made in a timely fashion and reasonably priced. As far as the signs themselves, they are of professional quality and exactly what I asked for. When ordering my signs I was given a variety of options from Jessica and suggestions which help make the job much easier. Fastsigns was recommended for me to use by Tarpon Arts, the cultural arm of the City of Tarpon Springs. In organizing a rather complex art exhibition for Tarpon Arts at the Cultural Center, I had an extreme number of wall text, labels, and signage to create in different sizes and shapes. Fastsigns went well and above to accommodate my needs with their customer service. Jessica McKellar and Luke Maidhoff were the best and very attentive to the challenge and took pride in the final project. It was a pleasure to work with them.
