Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and answered my questions. I had to bring the old plexiglass to line up with the new plexiglass to have holes for our cam locks added after the order was completed. You were very accommodating and did it while I waited. The plexiglass had a peel off paper on each side so I didn't inspect it until we were ready to install. There was a couple inch crack at the hole where the cam lock hole was added which I was not told about when I picked up. Was disappointed in that. I would suggest that when a plexiglass is ordered you ask if it needs additional work completed and also if it will be outside it is a double thickness. I realized after installing it that it was not the thickness as the previous plexiglass we originally had, an assumption on my part. This was my first time ordering anything of this type so I have learned from it as well. I would still use this company again as I feel our satisfaction was their priority, but feel additional information (questions) would have been appropriote on both our ends.

I have completed a couple of projects with Fast Signs and have had great luck! The design portion of the projects can be tedious, but they want everything to be just how you want it to be so they are very patient and accommodating. Both projects turned out fantastic! Everyone is always helpful and nice which makes it very easy to work with them!
