My signs were beautiful and done very quickly, I'm overall thrilled with my experience but I have one suggestion:
It would be good to give staff their own email accounts. Emailing a generic address and not really knowing who you're working feels like working with a robot. I'd like to build a relationship with a customer service person or account representative.
I had to ordered a sign and name tags to be made. It took maybe 3-4 weeks before I got proofs and even then I was the one that had to be asking for them weeks after week.
In the end some of the name tags magnets were falling off and were cut crooked. The metal sign I requested did turn out well.
I have been using FastSigns for the Heard Museum Indian Fair & Market signage for the past 3 years. The staff at your Central Avenue location, especially Sarah Walker, have always met and exceeded my expectations. Work is done right and provided on time.
This is my first time using FastSigns on Central/Downtown and I have been very impressed with Scott and his staff. They have worked with me on my tight deadline and staying within my budget. I will definitely be back the next time I have printing.
