The service was amazing (Alan Iezek). He was very prompt in responding and the signs arrived sooner than expected, when I notified Alan I couldn't pick up the signs, he had them shipped and I received them the next day, early morning, thank you!
My signs were beautiful and done very quickly, I'm overall thrilled with my experience but I have one suggestion:
It would be good to give staff their own email accounts. Emailing a generic address and not really knowing who you're working feels like working with a robot. I'd like to build a relationship with a customer service person or account representative.
