I asked for a door design for a display vehicle (non-running truck) and was promised over the course of several months "I will check with the design team" by the manager. Never was provided with a design. I asked this same manager at least 3 times over the course of the 3 or so months about the design and was given this same answer.
We also paid $300 for a supporter outfield sign at Hyde stadium, paid by credit card on 1/1/16, and as of 10/29/16 when I last checked it still was not installed. We saw it on the ground at your store towards the end of September, looking as it should. We were told by your manager that "we have a little clean-up work to do at the stadium and we'll install it then." It is now a month later and the sign still is not up. Further, this manager said there was not room for the sign on the outfield fence so we'd have to be put on some other fence. I can pretty much guarantee we were one of the first ones to put some money forward to have a new sign, and plenty of signs are up there, but ours is not one of them.
Want to make me happy? Get rid of the manager. Hire more staff. Get rid of the manager. I don't like being lied to.
I told another sign maker in the city about these experiences and he said "Don't say bad things about Fastsigns. They do more for my business than anything else I do."
We had requested that the project be completed in a certain timeline and the timeline seamed to be ignored and done on Fast Signs own schedule. As a result a professional photographer was hired by the Architect to photograph the church and the signage was not complete during this session. New Life Church was disappointed.
