We do apologize for this experience...we aim to get it right the first time.
Since we did not produce the signs, we gave you an estimated time to install and thru miscommunication the time was off...but we always said it was estimated.
A site survey wasn't needed....in hind site, I should have the information in an e-mail vs verbal.
As for the installation issues, we will follow up again to make sure you are happy. We want to make this right.
Thanks for the feedback...we learn from the good and the bad.
