The process for getting a proof and getting things schedules was very drawn out because we feel like there was a lot of miscommunication within the company i.e. who was answering who, who was taking the order, etc.
We have paid for product and :
1. Have had several items done incorrectly
2. Have been waiting months for the product.
3. Have been waiting weeks for answers from staff at the store.
I just want the product and information that we have asked for.
